Calling all seasoned carriage lovers….it’s time to level up! Join this class once you feel confident on the carriage.
A high intensity class using weights and the jump board, aimed at improving your overall strength and mobility throughout your session. Let’s put all our experience to the test!!

Prenatal Reformer
A reformer class designed specifically for the pregnant body.
Pre natal reformer will help to strengthen your back, abdominal and pelvic floor muscles to help support you throughout your pregnancy and assist you during labour.

Mum & Baby Motion
Mum & Baby Motion is a Light Reformer class with a twist!
Mums can bring along their babies so they don’t miss out on all the fun here at Mind & Motion.
A low intensity class suitable for all levels, buggies etc are welcome and mats will be provided within the studio for any babies who are awake during the session.
